I’ve read dozens of “personal reflection” and “self-growth” books; and while there is always good info to be taken from each; few ever offer the level of engagement and commitment that is gained from Happy Warrior. The book is strong inspiration for the true content — that is; what is created from one’s ‘self’ .... workbook/journal style. This book is a positive, loving, and easy guide to taking things one choice at a time, and one day at a time...just what we all need right now.

"Happy Warrior" is an inspirational and practical guide towards empowering yourself. As I found myself increasingly scattered during the pandemic, "Happy Warrior" was like having a personal coach who encouraged me to focus, to be present, and to clarify my intentions. The beauty is its simplicity.
The workbook's format prompts daily reflection and goal setting for the day, for the year, and into the future. Questions inspire you to articulate fears and negative stories we tell ourselves that hold us back, as well as to identify and own our superpowers. To ultimately brick by brick build the support we need to move forward, "choosing love over fear, over and over again." I often dip into "Happy Warrior" to keep myself on track. This book offers insight that serves as a great refresher to popular self improvement knowledge. What makes it a winner is the soft and supportive pace it offers the user. With all the beliefs and guidance being offered from various types of resources, this book keeps things very simple for you to get to a easier more comfortable space within yourself.

Full disclosure: John has been my friend and life coach for 5 years and we have accomplished so much together. Fortunately for the readers of this book you to will be able to learn a healthier way to look your experiences in a way that has been nothing short of life changing for me. When reading Happy Warrior the thought that constantly came to mind was how great of a job Jami and John did of keeping the lessons uncluttered and easy to digest. Some of the other books I have read had certain parts that spoke to me but there is not one part of Happy Warrior that was not relevant to helping me live a more inspired life.

Reading Happy Warrior has given me the tools to be so much more grounded in life! I love how the book is set up - workbook meets inspiration. There are wonderful takeaways all throughout, as well as places where the reader is able to interact, reflect and grow. It is a fabulous roadmap on the journey to truly becoming a Happy Warrior!

Having the Happy Warrior book has been extremely helpful with keeping my mindset on track and motivating me to move forward with a more positive lifestyle. I am REALLY enjoying my Happy Warrior book! It's very easy reading and lots of room for personal notes, thoughts, etc. I'll be honest, I haven't embarked on the 30 day plan bt I do plan too but have been enjoying the pre-plan readings. Highly recommend for those looking to better themselves. Even if you feel you're in a good place already, I believe this could only enhance.

I really loved this book. The simple daily exercises helped me shift my mindset and set clear goals going forward. It was easy to follow and I learned how I can use my own energy more efficiently. I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking for more out of life.
