The workbook's format prompts daily reflection and goal setting for the day, for the year, and into the future. Questions inspire you to articulate fears and negative stories we tell ourselves that hold us back, as well as to identify and own our superpowers. To ultimately brick by brick build the support we need to move forward, "choosing love over fear, over and over again." I often dip into "Happy Warrior" to keep myself on track.
