No Vaccine Passports

THE PEOPLE OF CALIFORNIA REJECT ALL FORMS OF VACCINE PASSPORTS.

The people of California, vaccinated and unvaccinated, stand in unity against any form of a vaccine passport. The people reject and oppose the state of California, health departments, California Counties, and/or City Councils from enacting any laws, policies, guidelines, or requirements that would restrict individual rights.  This includes  the right to travel, enter indoor spaces, freely move in society, enter hospitals with loved ones, government buildings, airports, restaurants, or participate in commerce, religious freedom, and education.  All based on whether the individual has received a COVID-19 vaccine.

  • The people reject the discriminatory and unlawful public and private measures being considered to mandate covid vaccination, to participate in certain public activities and functions of daily American life, including employment, in-person school attendance, public transportation, and concert performances; and more.
  • "Vaccine Passports," "Digital Health IDs," “Smart Health Apps,” "QR Codes," and other similar required documentations pose substantial risks to personal privacy and equal treatment before the law, for all Californians and United States citizens.
  • COVID-19 Vaccine Passports would decimate small businesses, reduce individual freedom, create medical discrimination; and disproportionately impact underserved communities.

Furthermore, Californians oppose the penalties, coercion, duress, threats, and forced measures placed on residents and businesses if they do not comply.  Enforcement and implementing vaccine passports of any kind, will not be supported by the people.  Californians would like their elected officials to put in writing that they will not support, endorse or enforce mandatory vaccines, vaccine passports, and will not initiate any kind of promotion, encouragement, or requirements to show proof or verification, in government buildings, public spaces, schools, businesses or places of employment and commerce.
