the transformative use of makeup with the guidance and support of professional drag artists

NAGLY's Summer Potlucks in the Park
NAGLY will be hosting monthly summer socials for youth and families at Salem's Forest River Park on select Sundays from June through August. Join us to have fun and connect with other families and youth! Each event will have a potluck theme and will be held on select Sundays from 5:00-7:00 PM. See the calendar for exact dates.
D&D Clubs Looking for
New Members
NAGLY has two Dungeons & Dragons Clubs, and we're looking for new members:
1) Dungeons & Dragons Club
Ages 11-17. To join, send an email to Tony@nagly.org. The club meets on Mondays, 4:30-6:00 PM at NAGLY Salem or on Zoom. However, you must email Tony before attending.
2) Dragon Sword: A Dungeons & Dragons Group
Ages 16-23. To join click here. The club meets every other week on Friday 4:15 PM at NAGLY Salem. See the calendar for exact dates.
May's Chill & Chat

NAGLY Salem
Join us for our next chill and chat meet-up during which we'll talk about various topics and connect with other youth. The event will be facilitated by our own Stephanie Fox (She/her), LMHC.
We're Looking for Volunteers & Interns
NAGLY is looking for volunteers for the summer and beyond! Volunteers are needed in youth roles (14-17), young adult (18-24) internship positions (14+), and adult support roles (25+). If interested, please contact Tony at Tony@nagly.org.
Scholarships for Students Pursuing Life Sciences Degrees
OUTbio is now accepting applications for New England-based LGBTQIA+ high school graduate or GED-equivalent pursuing studies and careers in the life sciences! OUTbio has funded a scholarship since 2021 and are proud to be offering it again this year. OUTbio will award unrestricted scholarship funds of up to $5,000 to one graduating New England-based high school student or active student attending a 2- or 4-year college in the 2024-2025 academic year.

NAGLY's Summer Fun Programming Begins the Week of June 3
NAGLY's summer fun time programming begins the week of June 3! This includes extended drop-in hours, outdoor time, and age-specific days. Watch the website for more information in the coming weeks!
All of our outdoor time will require youth (under 18) to have a permission slip, signed by a parent/guardian, to attend. Click below to get a permission slip.

Community Art Board
NAGLY now has its own digital art board on Magma for youth!
Please adhere to the following:

No inappropriate art (nudity, gore, etc.)
-
No swearing in chat or on the canvas
-
Everyone is limited to 10 layers (you can merge layers if you're running out)
-
Don't draw on top of someone else's art unless you and that artist have agreed to work on that piece together
-
Don't make one big drawing to cover the whole canvas
